These 20-acre tracts were developed by Timber Creek Land Co., LLC.  Timber Creek Land Co. is headquartered in Jenks, OK and was founded by Doug Caffey.  Mr. Caffey is one of the largest rural acreage dealers in the United States and since 1967 has been involved in the acquisition, development and marketing of approximately 500,000 acres of land.
